Churchouse Consultants LLP was first established in England in September 2009 by the business partners to write and publish books/ eBooks on many varied subjects, primarily focusing on topics such as business, commerce and divorce. There are also other fictional books / eBooks.
The original focus for the distribution of the books was the UK. However, we have also had some of the publications translated into Portuguese for sale in Brazil. We have enjoyed this process.
Our latest publication, Coming in to Land: Runway to Retirement, has been written by Keith Churchouse and Vicky Fulcher in 2022. More can be found about the details and release date of this new book on the next page.

KEITH CHURCHOUSE
Business and Finance
Having worked in the financial services industry for over a 35 years, and qualified to a high level within UK retail financial services, Keith set up Chapters Financial Limited with Esther Dadswell in 2004, a Chartered Financial Planning company in Guildford, Surrey. The company is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Keith also completed a BA (Hons) degree in Financial Services in 2007 with Napier University and became a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society in December 2007.
Taking an avid interest in his local Surrey based business community, Keith was Chair of the Guildford Business Forum and has held previous roles of Trustee and Chair to two local charities.
Keith has made regular expert comment in the local and national press and has frequently been interviewed on money matters on BBC local radio over the last seventeen years.
In 2010, Keith detailed his 25 years’ experience in retail financial services in his first book, Sign Here, Here and Here! . . . Journey of a Financial Adviser.
He has an active social media presence and can be found on Linkedin.com and Twitter as @onlinefinancial.
In addition, he tries to have a life outside work, and enjoys writing books, art, keeping fit by cycling, scuba diving and classic cars & scooters.

ESTHER DADSWELL
Technology
Esther has had a successful career in Civil Engineering, graduating in 1991 and achieving chartered status in 1998. In addition to her engineering qualifications, Esther has also passed the Association of Project Managers Practitioners exam, and in 2014 gained Chartered Manager status from the Chartered Management Institute.
Esther brings a wealth of engineering knowledge and experience to the financial planning world. The synergy between the professions of engineering and financial planning is tangible, especially when looking at the requirements for compliance, procedures and quality production.
Holistic financial planning can involve complicated interaction between various planning issues. Ensuring that clear and timely written financial planning advice is delivered on a consistent basis is paramount.
Esther's business ethic is that high quality is both achievable, measurable and a standard that must be maintained as a matter of course,
When Esther can drag herself away from work she enjoys swimming, scuba diving and holidays in the sun. She qualified as an Open Water Diver in 2005 (PADI) and Advanced Open Water Diver in 2006 (PADI) + BSAC Sports Diver in 2007.
VICKY FULCHER
Finance
Vicky trained as a Financial Planner following a career in new and renewable energy.
Vicky obtained an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London in 2002, having previously achieved a first class honours degree in Geography from King's College London. She successfully completed her CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning in August 2014. Vicky has successfully completed a range of further qualifications, including the CII Discretionary Investment Management exam in August 2015. Her work has been varied, focusing on investment, pension and workplace / auto-enrolment pension planning.
Vicky has passed the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) Diploma in Advanced Financial Planning. The achievement of this Level 7 diploma means that Vicky is now a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered MCSI.
